Welcome to PAVE THE PATH FAQ section. These pages are designed to answer questions you may have regarding the PAVE THE PATH campaign and your order.
What is PAVE THE PATH ?
PAVE THE PATH is currently raising money for East Anglia’s Children’s Hospices (EACH) new hospice in Norfolk. We need your help to continue our specialist care for families by sponsoring a brick along the garden path in the grounds of our new children’s hospice called the nook.
Leave a lasting legacy and help us pave the way to a future of even better care for children with life-threatening conditions.
The nook, which will be situated just south of Norwich, will transform the care we can provide to the families who use our services. By sponsoring a brick lining our garden path you will be investing in the future of children’s palliative care for years to come.
EACH has engaged the services of Briconomics Ltd. to execute and fulfil PAVE THE PATH .

Your donation is taken by Briconomics Ltd on behalf of EACH.
Briconomics will show on your bank statement.
Ownership of stones laid within EACH development will remain with Briconomics Ltd. and transfer to EACH upon delivery and as such EACH shall determine the specific location of each and every brick, undertake the installation and maintenance of the product(s) thereafter.

Why is it being created?
The money raised from the donations received for each stone in the PAVE THE PATH will go towards the new hospice called The nook.
Who can donate to PAVE THE PATH ?
PAVE THE PATH is open to all.
How does the ordering process work?
The order process is very easy, simply select your chosen product, create your account and add your personal message and checkout. You will be redirected to a secure payment gateway. When your donation is confirmed, you will be sent an email and your E-Certificate will be attached. Please take a few moments to read your confirmation and E-Certificate. If you do not receive your email in a few minutes please check your spam mail. Please keep your email /E-Certificate safe as you will not receive anything through the post.
You can log back into your account at any time to update your details, re-send your E-Certificate or to check the progress of your order. Please note that email notifications will be sent to the email address we have on record, so please remember to update your details if you change your email address.
You will be kept updated via email throughout the production process, but please be aware that we produce the bricks and stones in batches so it may be some time before we notify you that your brick is in production. We will also let you know when your brick has been dispatched to EACH. This does not mean your brick has been installed and we recommend you check installation has taken place before travelling to see your brick in situ. Installation dates are subject to weather conditions.
What stones are included in PAVE THE PATH ?
You can choose a quality single brick with either black or gold engraving.

How much space will I have for my name??
Each line on the single brick can have a maximum of 15 characters including spaces and punctuation. You can use upper and lower case letters.
Are the letters painted on top?
No, the letters are actually engraved into the brick to make the lettering more hardwearing, each one is then individually hand painted.
What can I have engraved on the brick?

Can I change my message after I have placed my order?
You will be sent an email with an E-Certificate to check your inscription. If it is incorrect or you would like to make any changes there will be instruction in the email of how to do so. You can change your inscriptions as many times as you like until you confirm your order. If you do not manually confirm your order it will automatically be locked after ten days, after which time no further amendments are allowed.
When are they being installed?
The PAVE THE PATH appeal will be closing in early 2019 to allow time for production before installation. Spaces are limited and the campaign will close once they are all sold so make sure you don’t miss out!
How long will the bricks last?
The bricks will last indefinitely. The manufacturer will provide a 5-year guarantee on the brick and 2 years on the lettering.
How many donations can I make?
You can choose as many bricks as you wish to recognise your donation
How do I make my donation?
Online: With credit/debit card - VISA, MASTERCARD, DELTA, MAESTRO, SWITCH
Can I choose my location?
No, the bricks will be laid on a first come first laid basis. Each brick will be laid in the next available spot. Once laid, the location of the brick cannot be changed.
What is on the E-Certificate?
The E-Certificate includes the inscription on the brick and the bricks’ unique reference number. The E-certificate does not include the purchaser's name. Please note: you will not be able to change your inscription after the ten-day cooling off period.
Only your chosen inscription will show on the E-Certificate, if you have chosen a product with the school crest this will not be on the E-Certificate but will be engraved into the stone.
You can log back into your account at any time to request your E-Certificate to be resent.

You can contact Briconomics Ltd. whether to trace your order or for any other reason by emailing Briconomics Ltd. at firstname.lastname@example.org. In all instances, please be ready to supply relevant information which Briconomics Ltd. will require from you in order to identify your order - Purchasers name, order reference or brick reference (from your certificate) and date of purchase, without this information we may be unable to trace your order. We aim to respond to all emails within 72 hours (normal office hours only).
